5 Minute Wonton Soup

Nothing is better on a cold night than a warm soup! I didn't have a lot of time last night as we had to do a few jobs so I tried Baby Mac's 5 minute wonton soup.
It was very easy and quick, I loved the taste and have frozen the extra soup (without wontons) to use in another dish later on. Husband thought it could have been sweeter and would have all-round been better if it was in fact a short soup - that is a different recipe for a different day!
I had to serve it with an assortment of little toasts and money bags etc. as unfortunately Husband doesn't really consider soup a meal, especially not a clear soup with half a dozen wontons! I would have agreed if we hadn't had a pre-dinner snack of coffee, tea and Cadbury's Rocky Road chocolate.

You will love her blog, it makes me want to move back to the country and get a fireplace. Not necessarily in that order as we have a cold front coming over Brisbane this week and I would love a fireplace here too!
