Day two of our mini break we were up early for the Dolphin discovery. A private behind the scenes look at how Seaworld trains their dolphins. It was very educational, the dolphins were amazing and because we are always early birds we got front row seats.

We went into the park after the show and I tried to do the Sky Walk challenge again but it wasn't open until 12noon. We wandered around for a bit, saw the Penguin feeding and pat the gorgeous rays before heading back to our room to get our swimmers on and hit the beach!

I packed a little picnic of all the snacks and drinks I had bought down and off we went! I am quite pale and try really hard to look after my skin, vainly hoping in years to come I will look younger than my tan worshiping friends! I wore a lovely light cotton shirt over my swimmers and it was perfect.
Isn't the beach just the most fabulous place? I swear my shoulders finally relaxed and I spent most of the afternoon just sighing, saying how lovely it all was and making jokes about the serenity.

Back at the hotel Husband challenged me to stand under the giant bucket that fills up slowly and then dumps all the water over you in one go. I did it of course with much squeeling and shivering. Nothing a hot bubble bath with a cold chardy couldn't fix.
I can't wait to go back to feel that hot sand between my toes, hearing the waves crash and feeling the sun beating down on my pale skin!
