Big Brother

I'm not good in the morning, I am clumsy and forgetful. I have a pretty solid routine in the morning to help with this! Today my routine went out the window as my Brother had a stop over in Brisbane from Japan and so we had breakfast!

It was wonderful to see Tim, I talked and talked and he listened and listened. Then I heard all about Japan and was completely jealous until I saw my presents! Hello Kitty! So very exciting, a gorgeous magnet with Mt Fuji and a Bento Box!!

Brisbane has dropped the ball with early morning tourists, or maybe they never had the ball? Eiher way choice was very limited for a 7am breakfast near the airport. We hit up the local Coffee Club which was pretty good and wandered around for a bit as the DFO doesn't open until 10am - ridiculous!

The Skygate complex does have some very cool art installations, I love outdoor art and took lots of photos of it all. Business people thought I was strange as they hopped from one foot to the other, impatient for their coffee.

Unfortunately it was just a quick hello as I have work and Tim has another plane to catch, lucky it is only 56 days until Christmas xxx
